It is great to see you here! We appreciate your service and your dedication to America. Regardless of whether you have three tours overseas, or three hours in the AO, you are still one of us, and you are welcome here!
Now that we have pulled pitch in a combat zone and earned our collective combat stripes, the most important mission is still in front of us. It is incumbent upon us to remember our buddies who gave the ultimate sacrifice. We are the only link between them and obscurity. Somehow, it is up to us to preserve their Legacy, and to care for their loved ones who have been left behind.
I hope you'll join with us in Preserving the Legacy of not only our fallen heroes, but also the aviators and aircrew members who paved the way for the current generation of combat aviators. Every day we lose more of our heroes of former wars, who not only sharpened the fine edge of combat flying, but in some cases invented the tactics, techniques and procedures we are still employing on the battlefield today.
Many of you have already realized the importance and need of an organization such as CHPA, and we thank you for your foresight because we truly need each of you to make our organization a success. Remember, it is up to us, to get the message across to our peers, so that we might all join together for a greater good, remember our fallen, and Preserve the Legacy.
